About the Project

The mission of MonteCarlo is to promote a healthy lifestyle that supports users across two key areas:

  1. Physical performance (movement, workouts, swimming, activity goals),
  2. Work effectiveness (healthy desk habits, focus sessions, structured work cycles).

Instead of treating fitness and productivity as separate domains, MonteCarlo connects them into one consistent, motivating system.

Gamification & Engagement

MonteCarlo uses a point-based motivation loop:

  • points increase leaderboard ranking,
  • competition encourages long-term consistency.

The project is also designed with future engagement in mind, including:

  • social network integrations,
  • wearable device connectivity,
  • stronger real-time health/productivity feedback loops.
